These terms apply whenever you browse, create an account on, or place an order through Faaji & Brew AfroMart (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. Who we are
Faaji & Brew AfroMart is a business-to-consumer (B2C) online retailer selling authentic West African fabrics, spices, jewellery, homeware, and traditional wear, sourced directly from makers and traders across West Africa. We are the retail extension of Faaji & Brew Palace.
2. Accounts
You can browse products and build a basket without an account. Registration is required to complete checkout, so we have somewhere to send order confirmations and so you can view your order history. You're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for anything that happens under your account.
3. Orders, pricing & payment
Prices are shown in USD and include any tax already factored into the listed price. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm acceptance by email once payment succeeds. Occasionally a product's stock or price may change between browsing and checkout — if that happens before payment is taken, we'll let you know before completing the order.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number, expiry date, or CVC — those go directly to Stripe, which is independently certified to the PCI-DSS standard used across the payments industry.
4. Delivery
We deliver worldwide to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery estimates shown on the Site are our best expectation, not a guarantee, since international shipping can be affected by customs and carrier delays outside our control.
5. Returns & refunds
You have 14 days from delivery to return an item that isn't right for you, unused and in its original packaging, for a full refund of the item price. Contact us at emmy4toz2010@gmail.com to start a return.
6. Product reviews
If you've purchased a product, you may leave a written review and star rating on its product page. Reviews must be your own genuine experience of the product — we don't allow offensive, defamatory, or unrelated content, and reviews may be moderated or removed by staff where they break these rules. You can edit or delete your own review at any time from the product page.
7. Intellectual property
Product photography, written descriptions, and the AfroMart brand and logo belong to Faaji & Brew AfroMart or the artisans we source from, and may not be reused without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
We provide the Site "as is" and aren't liable for losses that fall outside what's reasonably foreseeable from using it, except where liability can't be limited by law (for example, for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Site grows. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
